Refund and Returns Policy


In general, we do not offer refunds or returns on purchases.

However, in the following circumstances, we are happy to consider a partial or full refund, or a replacement item:

  • the purchaser has accidentally created a duplicate order
  • through a fault of the manufacturer, the item is damaged or substandard (eg. printing or binding)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The refund may not include shipping where you are at fault.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 working days, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and send your item to: PO Box 584, Katoomba NSW 2780, Australia.
